Free delivery on all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered in 3-7 business days across India. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products by emailing support@skinexxt.com with your order details and clear photos. We review every request before approving it, and returned products must be unused, unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging. After a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, the resolution (refund to the original payment method, Skinexxt store credit, or a replacement) is processed. For hygiene reasons, innerwear is not eligible for return or exchange. If any item, including innerwear, arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. See our Returns page for details.
Sizing
